What is a GTA and how do I apply for one?
GTA or General Terms Agreement is a formal agreement that GE requires customers to have on file in order to receive technical support or answers to technical inquires. The GTA is free of charge and simply protects the proprietary information of both GE and our valuable customers. Please use the link below to begin the online application. How do I get access to the Customer Web Center (CWC)?
Please visit this link https://cwcportal.geae.com/cwcaob/ and click on the box next to “My company already has the applicable agreements in place with GE Aviation” then select “request access” next to “Our company is Commercial Aviation”. From there the process should be self-explanatory as you populate the information requested. In the field requesting GE Sponsor/Contact, please put Jeffrey.Hartman@ge.com. Note that you will first need a GTA, see the question titled “What is a GTA and how do I apply for one?” for more details if required.

Who is my local field representative?
GE has field service engineers positioned around the globe to provide our BizJet customers with worldclass support. How can I apply for engine manuals/technical publications?
Access to technical publications can be obtained via a customer inquiry on the CWC or by contacting the BizJet Ops Center from the US toll-free at 1-877-432-JETS, internationally at 1-513-552-JETS, or by email at bizjetops@ge.com. Note that in order to receive access to technical publications you will first need a GTA, see the question titled "What is a GTA and how do I apply for one?" for more details if required.

Where can I find a course catalog for training offered by GE?
GE has a variety of training courses spanning our various product lines. Included in our training regimen are courses catered to BizJet customers, breaking down the engine and operating conditions from a BizJet perspective. For more information on the courses we provide, please click here for a comprehensive list.

Where can I get more information about Diagnostics?
The aircraft and engines enrolled in the program will be required to be integrated into the GE engine diagnostics service system. Jeff Hartman with our Business Jet Operations Center (BJOC) is the primary contact for this integration. Jeff can be reached via email at jeffrey.hartman@ge.com, or by phone at (513) 552-6595. A template will be sent out for you to provide aircraft and engine information. It typically takes three to four weeks after receipt of this information to complete the integration. After setup is complete, please download the engine trend data on a monthly basis and email to geaeremoteservices@ge.com, and place tammie.johnson@ge.com on copy. The engine data will be reviewed monthly and a report of your engine trends will be sent to you quarterly. If an engine concern is identified during the monthly trend review, you will be notified at that time. Tammie Johnson is your primary contact regarding engine trend data.
How do I register for training courses?
Registration for training courses can be done on the CWC via a customer inquiry or by contacting the BizJet Ops Center from the US toll-free at 1-877-432-JETS, internationally at 1-513-552-JETS, or by email at bizjetops@ge.com. Note that in order to be registered for training courses you will first need a GTA, see the question titled "What is a GTA and how do I apply for one?" for more details if required.
How do I purchase spare parts?
Spare parts can be purchased by directly contacting one of our recommended parts suppliers (see below). GE encourages customers to get an account setup with spare parts suppliers prior to needing a spare part in order to minimize delays.
CF34-3

New Parts:
CF34-3 new spare parts (excluding LLP) are supported by Aviall Services, Inc., in Dallas Texas. Aviall Services offers 24x7 support, shipping from DFW airport direct to most major domestic and international locations.

Used Serviceable:
CF34-3 used serviceable parts are supported by General Electric Aviation Materials (GEAM) headquartered in Dallas, Texas. GEAM offers 24x7 support, shipping from DFW airport direct to most major domestic and international locations.

CF34-8 and CF34-10

New Parts:
CF34-8 and CF34-10 new spare parts are supported by GE Engine Services on a 24x7 basis.

Used Serviceable:
CF34-8 and CF34-10 used serviceable parts are supported by General Electric Aviation Materials (GEAM) headquartered in Dallas, Texas. GEAM offers 24x7 support, shipping from DFW airport direct to most major domestic and international locations.

What do I need to do to complete engine warranty registration?
If you are obtaining a new aircraft from the manufacturer, included in your welcome kit from GE will be a red warranty book. Inside the red warranty book is a warranty registration form that will need to be filled out and sent to the address provided. If you are obtaining a used aircraft that is under 5 years old or has less than 2,500 time since new (TSN) (whichever comes first) warranty registration assistance and forms can be provided by contacting the BizJet Ops Center from the US toll-free at 1-877-432-JETS, internationally at 1-513-552-JETS, or by email at bizjetops@ge.com.
I need to file a warranty claim, but don't know where to start?
Prior to submitting a warranty claim, your engines must be registered under warranty with GE (see question "What do I need to do to complete engine warranty registration?" for more information). In the event you have an event that you feel substantiates a warranty claim please contact your local field service engineer (see question "Who is my local field representative?" for more information) or the Biz Jet Ops Center BizJet Ops Center from the US toll-free at 1-877-432-JETS, internationally at 1-513-552-JETS, or by email at bizjetops@ge.com.
Where can I get additional pages for my logbook?
GE has copies of logbook pages including Engine Service Record forms (LPDC 3446 (1082)) available upon request. Please contact the BizJet Ops Center from the US toll-free at 1-877-432-JETS, internationally at 1-513-552-JETS, or by email at bizjetops@ge.com.

How do I get access to the Web Client Zone?
To obtain access to Web Client Zone, complete this form and send it to geac-customersupport@ge.com. You must be an M601 or H80 owner, operator or service provider and have a current GTA with GE in order to obtain access. For Web Client Zone pricing, contact Zsuzsanna Papdi at geac-customersupport@ge.com.
Where can I have my engine serviced?
Overhaul: Currently, you may only have your engine overhauled at the GEAC factory in Prague. There are no other authorized overhaul centers at this time. Please contact geac-customersupport@ge.com to request information on overhaul.
Heavy Repairs: Heavy repairs can be performed by our GEAC factory or by Premier Turbines for customers in North and South America. Premier Turbines Contact information can be found on their website at http://www.premierturbines.com/index.php/contact-us/.

Line Maintenance & Inspections: For inspections or line maintenance, you can use the GEAC factory in Prague, our Designated Repair Center, Premier Turbines, or any one of our Authorized Service Centers listed here.
How can I order Spare Parts?
Spare Parts can be ordered from any one of our Authorized Service Centers listed here, or from our GEAC factory in Prague by contact Michal Voznica at +420 222 538 704 or geac-customersupport@ge.com. You must have a current GTA with GE in order to obtain spare parts from the GEAC factory.

How can I apply for engine manuals/technical publications?
Technical publications are available through Web Client Zone. To obtain access to Web Client Zone, complete this form and send it to geac-customersupport@ge.com. You must be an M601 or H80 owner, operator or service provider and have a current GTA with GE in order to obtain access. For Web Client Zone pricing, contact Zsuzsanna Papdi at geac-customersupport@ge.com.
Where can I find a course catalog for training offered by GE?
GE offers a variety of courses for the M601 product line. Training is offered at the GEAC factory in Prague, Czech Republic and at CTEC in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. For a list of offerings and contacts, visit us on the web at http://www.geaviation.cz/customers-service/course.htm. You must have a current GTA with GE in order to register for training.
How do I register for training courses?
To register for a training course in Prague, Czech Republic, inquire at geac-customersupport@ge.com. For courses in Cincinnati, OH, contact Andy Pierson at andrew.pierson@ge.com. You must have a current GTA with GE in order to register for training.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim, complete the form located here and send it to geac-customersupport@ge.com. If you are having work performed at one of our Authorized Service Centers, they can help you file a warranty claim as well. You must have a current GTA with GE in order to file a warranty claim. Work that is performed by a non-authorized service provider or using non OEM materials is not eligible for warranty.
How do I ship an engine or part to the factory in Prague?
Detailed instructions for shipping can be found here. If you have any questions, please send them to geacz.backoffice@ge.com. Your nearest Authorized Service Center can assist you with this as well. Do not ship your engine or part without notifying your Sales Leader. Follow the instructions located here to prearrange shipping.
